Introduction of the Earthquake
On January 12th 2010 , an earthquake struck Haiti . The earthquake hit at 4:53pm , 15 km southeast of the capital of Port-au-Prince . The earthquake is measured in a magnitude of 7.0 . It is immediately follow by two aftershocks of magnitudes of 5.9 and 5,5 . Many buildings such as school and office have been all collapsed .
Local people are affected and finding their best way to escape while other people are already died due to the collapse of buildings and hit by huge objects such as rubbles .Electricity and water supply were closed , survivors with injury were laying in the street crying with pain while waiting to send to the hospital .
In total , 3,500,000 people were affected where 220,000 people estimated to be died , 300,000+ people were injured . Many roads were tear up . Many houses are badly damaged and million of people become homeless .
